Banyuwangi (19/11) Along with the development of Science and Technology which has an impact on the increasing number of changes and developments in the implementation of activities, especially in the field of personnel and administration as applied in the Directorate General of Railways and the importance of information about the health insurance program Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region held an Administrative and General Affairs Socialization activity and Social Health Insurance Administration Body (BPJS) held in Banyuwangi Regency.

The essence of this activity is to invite all employees to carry out Administrative and General Affairs Socialization on the application of the AP2KP Application and KM 41 of 2021 concerning Manuscripts and KM 48 concerning Archiving in the Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region environment, as well as the importance of having BPJS as health insurance for individuals and families. Basically, this activity aims to refresh for employees, especially new Probationary Civil Servant.

This activity was opened by the Head of Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region attended by the Head of Subdivision of Administration, Head of LSK, Head of Infrastructure, and all Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region Employees and this activity also invited several resource persons including from the General Affairs Section, and Administrative of  Secretary of the Directorate General of Railways and also Social Health Insurance Administration Body of Banyuwangi Regency.

"The general affairs department is the spearhead regarding the implementation of the AP2KP application by all employees in the Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region area to increase the performance capacity of each employee", said the Head of Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region, Mohammad Zulkarnain, when opening the activity. In addition, Ahmad Iqbal as a representative of Social Health Insurance Administration Body of Banyuwangi explained that "the importance of socializing related to BPJS  in order to know the importance of the health insurance program with the aim of ensuring that participants get the benefits of health care and protection in meeting basic health needs"

It is hoped that the activities that have been carried out can repeat and refresh regarding Administration and General Affairs which can have a good impact and improve performance for all Railways Engineering Office for East Java Region employees.
