With the aim of building the foundation of leadership, teamwork, effective and efficient communication, the Class II Palembang Railway Engineering Center, held a "Public Speaking" Technical Guidance Activity which was attended by almost all employees in the BTP Palembang environment. which took place at the Whyndam-Jakabaring-Palembang Hotel.

The Public Speaking Technical Guidance activity was filled by a resource person who is a Professional Public Speaking Trainer named Winda Yuliani, S.Ikom., CPS.

The activity which lasted for 2 days, in addition to aiming to establish togetherness between all employees, this Technical Guidance Event is also expected to increase Soft Skills for Employees at BTP Palembang so that later the knowledge gained can be implemented as a basis for realizing communication and harmony in the organization, especially at the Class II Palembang Railway Engineering Center.
