Railways Infrastructure Examiner of Railways Testing Office Conducts Periodic Test at DAOP 2 Bandung
BEKASI – The Railways Infrastructure Testing Team of The Railways Testing Office of the Directorate General of Railways has carried out periodic tests on the Operational Area (DAOP) 2 Bandung.
This test is carried out in the context of renewing the periodic test certification which has a validity period of 4 (four) years since the first test certification is issued. Periodic tests that have been listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (Permenhub) Number 30 of 2011 concerning Procedures for Testing and Giving Railway Infrastructure Certification must be carried out on every infrastructure that has been operated by conducting a function test of the railway infrastructure.
In its implementation, there were 21 stations and 3 Intermediate Blocks (IB) which were tested for function, namely Cibungur Station - Sadang Station (IB) - Purwakarta Station - Ciganea Station - Sukatani Station - Plered Station - Cisomang Station (IB) - Cikadongdong Station - Rendeh Station - Maswati Station - Sasaksaat Station - Cilame Station - Gandasoli Station - Cireungas Station - Lampegan Station - Cibeber Station - Cianjur Station - Cipeuyeum Station - Padalarang Station - Gadobangkong (IB) Station - Cimahi Station - Cimindi Station - Andir Station .
The 21 stations and 3 Intermediate Blocks (IB) have been periodically tested for functions which include testing of electrical and mechanical signaling systems, telecommunications, and secondary power supplies for signaling and telecommunications equipment.
The results of the tests that have been carried out by the Railways Infrastructure Examiner Team will be submitted to the Directorate of Railways Infrastructure for monitoring and evaluation and processed for the issuance of periodic test certificates.
