All praise to God Almighty, because for His grace, the preparation of the 2022 Government Institution Performance Report (LKIP) of the Class II Padang Railway Engineering Center can be successfully finalized.

The LKIP Year 2022 document is a report on the implementation of the 2022 performance plan which has been stipulated through the Second Revision of the 2022 Performance Agreement The LKIP Year 2022 of the Class II Padang Railway Engineering Center includes an overview of the Strategic Plan, the Second Revision of the 2022 Performance Agreement, the Performance Measurement Stage, Strategic Goals with Activity Performance Indicators which include a comparison of targets with the realization of work units and national achievements in 2022.

It also explained the causes of success/failure in achieving the set targets, as well as alternative solutions to improve performance. The LKIP Year 2022 document is a medium for assessing the performance of the Class II Padang Railway Engineering Center and is a form of delivering performance accountability to the Director General of Railways as a direct superior, as well as to the public.
