The Performance Agreement (PK) for 2024 is a document that must be prepared immediately after the budget is approved. According to Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 85 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the Accountability System for Government Institutions in the Ministry of Transportation, the Performance Agreement document for Echelon II must be completed no later than 20 working days in the current year. It can be revised under the following conditions: changes in officials due to transfers or mutations, changes in strategies that affect the achievement of goals and objectives, and changes in priorities or assumptions that significantly impact the process of achieving those goals and objectives. Consequently, revisions to the Performance Agreement (PK) for 2024 for the Directorate of Railway Facilities are being made in August 2024.

The Revised Performance Agreement (PK) 2024 document includes information on Activity Goals, Activity Performance Indicators, one-year targets, and action plans related to the Performance Agreement. Additionally, this document presents the Activity Performance Indicators (IKK) and aligns with the Annual Performance Plan (RKT) and Strategic Plan (Renstra), providing a reference for the work programs and activities that must be implemented in the current year, as well as serving as a measure of success for performance targets in the Directorate of Railway Facilities for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
