On Tuesday and Wednesday, 23-24 April 2024, the Directorate of Facilities carried out an inspection of the measuring instruments of Ciremai at the Ngrombo Railway Maintenance Center. The activity started at 10:00 WIB until completion at the Ngrombo Railway Maintenance Center. The inspection of the Ciremai gauge included:

1.       Hardware check of Railscan and TMU;

2.       Inspection of TGMS, RQMS and PC components of the measuring equipment;

3.       Inspection of on-board software;

4.       Inspection of on-board hardware;

From the results of the inspection performed, several obstacles were found which caused the functions not to work properly. Also, the system and software used are not updated. Therefore, in order to support the proper functioning of the service, it is necessary to replace the equipment and it is also recommended to be able to update the system and software used.
