The Annual Performance Plan of the Directorate of Railway Facilities in 2024 was prepared as the fifth year in the Ministry of Transportation's Strategic Plan 2020-2024 in the field of Railways, where a restructuring of development programs and activities throughout the Ministry has been implemented, which is intended to improve the performance of each work unit based on the main tasks and functions of each work unit.

The Annual Performance Plan of the Directorate of Railway Facilities in 2024 in addition to being used as a reference for all levels in the Directorate of Railway Facilities of the Directorate General of Railways to prepare the Work and Budget Plan (RKA-KL) which will be financed by the State Budget (APBN) in 2024, is also substantially in line with the Ministry of Transportation's Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) 2020-2024 and the national Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) 2020-2024.
