Sukoharjo (21/2), the Makamhaji Channel and Underpass of Sukoharjo Regency began to be repaired by Class I Railway Engineering Center for Central Java Region, Directorate General of Railways, Ministry of Transportation. The repairment work on the Makamhaji Underpass starts today, February 21, to March 7, 2022.

The road access to the Makamhaji Underpass during the repairment period is temporarily closed. The Department of Transportation of Sukoharjo Regency applies traffic engineering and management (MRLL) on a number of roads.

On the first day of repair work, the Regent of Sukoharjo and his staff were visited the location. The Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region also attended

Head of Traffic Section, Railway Facilities and Safety, Head of Sub Division of Administration, Routine Commitment-maker Officers and Technical Planning.

Makamhaji Underpass is an asset belonging to the Central Java Region Class I Railway Engineering Center, Directorate General of Railways, Ministry of Transportation. After the repairs are complete, the Makamhaji Underpass will be granted to the Sukoharjo Regency Government.

With this improvement, it provides benefits to the community, especially for road users who pass through the Makamhaji Underpass. Hopefully, the repair works well, and there will be no more damage or problems in the future.
