Bogor (6/8), Head of the Sub-Directorate of Cooperation and Business Development, Rosita, ST., M.M.Tr held a Socialization of the Railway Online Licensing Application. This activity was attended by Representatives from the Ministry of Transportation's Pusdatin, all work units within the Directorate General of Railways, and Application Development Consultants of PT Fasade Kobetama Internasional. This Socialization of the Railway Online Licensing Application activity was carried out with the aim of making it easier for admins holding licensing access to manage online licensing applications, facilitating the process of submitting online railway licensing, and developing and perfecting the features available in the railway online licensing application. The creation of this Railway Online Licensing Application was built based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing for business activities. The Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing includes: 1) regulation of Risk-Based Business Licensing; 2) norms, standards, procedures, and criteria for Risk-Based Business Licensing; 3) Risk-Based Business Licensing through the Online Single Submission System/OSS service; 4) procedures for Supervision of Risk-Based Business Licensing; 5) evaluation and reform of Risk-Based Business Licensing policies; 6) funding for Risk-Based Business Licensing; 7) resolution of problems and obstacles to Risk-Based Business Licensing; and 8) sanctions.
