Bali (12/11), Directorate of Railway Traffic and Transportation held Capacity Building on Procedures for Determining Railway Tracks. In this activity, several materials were presented, including: a. National Railway System; b. Preparation of Planning Documents in Determining Railway Tracks; c. Procedures for Determining Railway Tracks; d. Evaluation Process for Technical Documents for Determining Railway Tracks. The Capacity Building activity on Procedures for Determining Railway Tracks was attended by Bali Provincial Government Agencies and Badung Regency Government Agencies. Representatives of the Bali Provincial Government who attended the Capacity Building activity on Railway Network Development Planning and Procedures for Determining Railway Tracks welcomed and showed enthusiasm for the presentation materials presented. Determining railway track tracks is a very important first step and must be completed before proceeding to other planning stages, because the determination of this track is the basis for the entire planning and development process that follows. The plan to implement the Bali Subway will pass through 2 (two) districts in 1 (one) province, so that the determination of the Bali Subway railway route is the authority of the Acting Governor of Bali Province with the approval of the determination of the railway route from the Indonesian Minister of Transportation. In carrying out the construction of railway infrastructure, several important requirements must be met, including: obtaining a Business License, ensuring that the determination of the railway route has been carried out, obtaining Environmental Approval, obtaining a Construction Permit, and having certainty regarding the parties who will become BUPP and BUPS, to ensure smoothness and compliance with applicable provisions.
