General and Human Resources Group is in charge of preparing and implementing personnel management, competency standards for positions and human resources, organization and administration, bureaucratic reform, implementation of the Asset Report of State Administrators and State Civil Apparatus, gratuity control, Office administration activities, archives and correspondence, implementation of general and household affairs, implementation of emergency management due to disasters, employee welfare, and procurement of state property within the Directorate General of Railways.

General and Human Resources Group performs the following functions in the course of its duties:

  1. Preparation of materials for coordination and planning needs, development, promotion, and transfer of employees, employee rank, competency standards for positions, organization and management, bureaucratic reform, implementation of Asset Reports for State Administrators and State Civil Apparatus, control of gratuities, n addition to the preparation of administrative materials for functional positions in the railways sector;
  2. Material preparation for the coordination and implementation of personnel administration affairs, correspondence, archives, expeditions, duplication, and protocols; and
  3. Within the Directorate General of Railways, development of materials for the management of general and household affairs, implementation of emergency management due to disasters, employee welfare, and acquisition of state property.

General and Human Resources Group is made up of the following departments:

  1. Sub-coordinator of Personnel and Organization ;
  2. Sub-coordinator of Administration Subdivision; and
  3. Sub-coordinator of Household Subsection
