We express our gratitude to God Almighty for His blessings, which have allowed us to complete the Performance Report of the Government Agency (LKIP) for the Railway Testing Center in 2023 successfully. This report reflects the implementation of the Performance Plan for the Railway Testing Center, established through a Performance Agreement that has been monitored and evaluated during the specified period in the 2023 Performance Agreement Review document.

We hope that the 2023 Performance Report of the Railway Testing Center can serve as a reference for improving the Center's performance in the future. This is essential for creating a good governance system aimed at realizing democratization, participation, transparency, and accountability, which are key responsibilities of the government, including the roles and functions of the Railway Testing Center.

This serves as a prerequisite for developing mechanisms for program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of infrastructure development in the railway sector. Therefore, a measurement tool is necessary to address the challenges of sustainable infrastructure development in the future while remaining environmentally friendly. This includes reconstructing historical values through enhancing non-operational crossings and reactivating deadlines to preserve state assets.
