SOCIALIZATION OF THE APPLICATION UTILIZATION OF E-PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT THE CLASS II RAILWAY ENGINEERING CENTER PALEMBANG

As an implementation of Government Regulation Number 30/2019 concerning Performance Appraisal of State Civil Apparatus Employees and Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6/2022 concerning Performance Management of State Civil Apparatus Employees, a Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 254/2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Employee Performance Management within the Ministry of Transportation has been stipulated.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 254/2020 concerning Technical Guidelines for Employee Performance Management within the Ministry of Transportation, the Class II Palembang Railway Engineering Center held a socialization activity with the theme, "Socialization of the Use of the Employee E-Kinerja Application at the Class II Palembang Railway Engineering Center" on Tuesday - Wednesday, 3-4 October 2023 at the Ibis Hotel Palembang, This event was held for two days and was attended by 67 participants of the Palembang Class II Railway Engineering Center consisting of all Civil Servants (PNS), Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), and representatives of PPNPN in each section of the Palembang Class II Railway Engineering Center.

The implementation of e-performance application socialization activities is intended to introduce to all Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).

"In connection with the entry into force of the E-Kinerja application within the Ministry of Transportation since 1 September 2023, in order to introduce to all Civil Aparatus (ASN) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) how to use the Ministry of Transportation's e-Kinerja application in the preparation of performance planning, implementation of employee performance monitoring and training, employee performance appraisal, and follow-up of employee performance evaluation results as the basis for payment of performance allowances." Said Yofi Okatrisza as the Head of Class II Technical Center Palembang.

With the implementation of this socialization event, it is hoped that it can be implemented properly and correctly and become more efficient in performance planning planning to performance permit payments.
