Palembang – Palembang's Class II Railway Engineering Center regularly holds Knowledge Sharing and Transfer activities or what is usually called Cheerful Thursday, every Thursday. Participants in this activity were all BTP Palembang employees.
This activity was carried out using the Zoom Meeting application, so that BTP Palembang employees on duty at the Prabumulih, Lahat and Tanjungkarang Units could participate regularly without having to go to the BTP office located in Palembang.
This Cheerful Thursday activity is held to develop the knowledge of BTP Palembang employees so that each employee has broad insight regarding railways and trains leadership, builds team work between employees to make it more solid, trains discipline, increases creativity and trains public speaking to be better.
What is unique about the Thursday Ceria activity is that the resource persons and participants both come from BTP Palembang, every BTP Palembang employee who has completed the training or technical guidance will later become a resource person to fill in the material and provide the knowledge gained while attending the training or technical guidance to the Thursday participants. Cheerful.
Apart from improving public speaking skills and training leadership, BTP Palembang employees are expected to provide new insights and knowledge to other employees so that they can develop in a better direction together.
