Tuesday (28/12) Head of the Southern Sumatra Railways Engineering Office, Ikhsandy Wanto Hatta accompanied Member of Commission V of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Ishak Mekki and Deputy of Regional Divison III Palembang in Monitoring the Implementation of the 2022 Christmas and New Year Command Post at Kertapati Station Palembang. The purpose of monitoring the Christmas and New Year  2022 post is to ensure that the trips made by the community can run smoothly and safely.

During the Monitoring of the Christmas and New Year  2022 Command Post by Member of Commission V of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Ishak Mekki conveyed an appeal to train passengers who will travel that, "For a smooth and safe journey, even though the current situation is still a pandemic, we still have to maintain health protocols not only for us but also for us. for everyone goodness".

In addition, at the Monitoring Post and Christmas New Year 2022 activities to increase public awareness of the importance of implementing health protocols, health packages were also distributed in the form of masks and hand sanitizers which were given directly by members of Commission V of the Indonesian House of Representatives and the Head of South Sumatra  Railways Engineering Office to the community around Kertapati Palembang station.
