Get ready to discover the amazing world of announcing at South Sumatra LRT Station!

Have you ever thought about becoming an announcer or broadcaster? It's a job that's familiar to many and one that South Sumatra LRT is looking to fill! We have an announcer section at each station, starting from DJKA station to Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II Airport station Palembang.

The announcer job at South Sumatra LRT is an exciting one! They're the central hub of information at the station, keeping passengers up to date with the latest train departures and arrivals, as well as any lost item notifications and other important updates. The announcer is also responsible for sharing the train operating schedule with passengers, ensuring everyone knows when to catch their next train.

As an announcer, you'll face some challenges, but it's all part of the adventure! You'll encounter both external and internal obstacles. Internal problems could include coughing and sore throats, as your job involves sharing oral information. Plus, for Muslim announcers, the fasting month might bring some extra challenges, like sore throats and dehydration. But with determination and a positive attitude, you can overcome these hurdles and succeed in your role.

On the other hand, external problems are things like constraints on broadcasters and speakers that don't work, as well as miscommunication between staff at the station. For example, train delays. Poor communication between staff at the station can hinder the announcer's duties, but it also provides an opportunity for the announcer to be creative and think on their feet.

Becoming an announcer at South Sumatra LRT is an exciting journey with several stages, including the administrative stage, interview, and test. The last stage of the test is a voice test where you get to show off your skills in three languages: Indonesian, Palembang, and English.

As an announcer, you'll get to enjoy a flexible schedule with two shifts: morning and afternoon. The morning shift runs from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while the afternoon shift starts at 12:00 p.m. and wraps up at 10:30 p.m. You'll have the freedom to choose your own hours, but you'll also have the incredible opportunity to take on great responsibility.
