South Sumatra LRT Lebaran Post inaugurated by BPKARSS Head at Ampera Station

To welcome the upcoming Lebaran moment, South Sumatra LRT has officially opened the Lebaran Post at Ampera LRT Station to provide services and assistance to passengers who will travel back and forth. The opening of the post was led by the head of South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center, Mr. Rode Paulus, who previously conducted observations at several stations, including DJKA LRT Station and Ampera Station.

Before the opening ceremony, Mr. Rode Paulus and his team conducted a thorough observation at DJKA LRT Station and Ampera Station. With meticulous care, he ensured that all supporting facilities and infrastructure were functioning properly and were safe for passengers to use, especially in the face of passenger surge during the Lebaran homecoming season.

In his observations, Mr. Rode Paulus highlighted several aspects ranging from cleanliness and comfort to the availability of officers ready to assist passengers and ensure that all facilities at DJKA LRT Station and Ampera Station are ready to serve passengers well during the Lebaran Homecoming and Return period. This is done as a form of effort to ensure the safety and experience of passengers during the Lebaran homecoming and return period to be better and smoother.

At DJKA LRT Station, Mr. Rode Paulus and his team saw firsthand the readiness and optimization of the operational system that had been carried out. From the observation, various infrastructure improvements and facility maintenance were carried out to support passenger mobility. This includes improving the cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of necessary support facilities.

During the visit, Mr. Rode Paulus also visited Ampera Station, which is one of the main stations in the South Sumatra LRT network. The readiness of this station is the main focus in preparing for the Lebaran homecoming and return flows, considering that Ampera Station is one of the important transit points for passengers heading to various destinations.

On this occasion, the head of BPKARSS was accompanied not only by a team from the South Sumatra LRT Center, but also by various related parties, including the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), the Posko Kesehatan (Poskes) team, the Police Resort Kota Besar (Polrestabes), and Jasa Raharja. The presence of these various agencies is a proof of their commitment to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers who will be using South Sumatra LRT transportation services during the Lebaran Homecoming Season.

The Lebaran Command Post at Ampera LRT Station will serve as an information and assistance center for passengers traveling during the Lebaran season. Officers will be available 24 hours a day to provide assistance and information to passengers, as well as to address any issues related to safety and comfort during travel.

With the opening of the Lebaran Post at Ampera LRT Station and the careful preparations that have been made, it is hoped that this year's Lebaran homecoming flow can be smooth and safe for all South Sumatra LRT transportation users. The spirit of cooperation among related parties will be further improved to ensure the best service for people returning home to celebrate Lebaran. The opening ceremony of the Lebaran Command Post is also a momentum to remind the public of the importance of safety while traveling, whether using public or private transportation.
