The Ministry of Transportation won the Public Service Standard Compliance Award Charter for the observation period in June-October 2021. Based on the results of the Public Service Standards compliance assessment from the Ombudsman Assessment Team for the administrative service products of the Ministry of Transportation, from 20 (twenty) types of service products, a score of 89.96 was obtained with The High Compliance Predicate Green Zone and the Ministry of Transportation are ranked 3rd among Ministries/Institutions.

Assessment of Compliance with Public Service Standards aims to examine the problems, challenges and achievements obtained in the realm of the public service system in each agency in an effort to improve the quality of public services and prevent maladministration through service standard components in the Public Service Unit.

Assessment of Compliance with Public Service Standards in 2021 is carried out simultaneously through compliance surveys in 24 Ministries, 15 Institutions, 34 Provinces, 98 Cities and 416 Regencies with a data collection period starting from June to October 2021.

In the implementation of the awarding of the 2021 public service standard compliance predicate, we can convey 3 (three) rankings for the awarding activities on compliance zoning in 24 Ministries as follows:

Rank I, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ranked 1 with a compliance value of 96.87 green zoning predicate;
Ranked II, the Ministry of Finance is ranked 2nd with a compliance value of 90.33 with a green zoning predicate; and
Third place, the Ministry of Transportation is in 3rd place with a compliance value of 89.96 green zoning predicate.
